The HWS magnetic coupling Z 530 is a simple and highly effective seal for stirrers
The coupling unites the advantages of magnetic couplings in metal (high mechanical stability) with the positive
characteristics of magnetic couplings in glass (chemical resistance) and is consequently universal suited.
This is achieved by the use of a material of high quality (Zedex 530).
Zedex 530 is a PTFE Compound
- with chemical resistance
- high mechanical stability
- high abrasion resistance
- excellently performance without lubrication
By its slim construction a trouble free mounting is achieved, even in reduced space situations.
The system is available with torque of
- 50 - 100 - 200 Ncm
It can be used stirrers in glass, metal or coated shafts.
The standard version is suited for normal pressure and vacuum.
Shaft of a diameter 8 - 10 mm can be used.
The maximum working temperature is 200°C.
The construction of the magnetic coupling guarantees a fast, simple and tool free change of stirrer.

- flat flanges
